@HarbourMaster Thanks for your question.
The App is for both leveraged and non-leveraged trading. You will be able to find and use the share dealing account on the "IG: Spread Bets & CFD". I completely see the confusion here due to the name and will bring it up with our app developers.

I see. I will let you know as soon as this is fixed. Sorry again about this.

@Caseynotes, I have just changed some settings. Can you try to post the daily dashboard post in 5 minutes. Massive apologies from our side.

Hi there,
I have just set up my demo account and sent my details to verify who I am, but I have a only a CFD and spread betting accounts but not a share dealing one? how do I get one!
Kind regards
Michael Shiels
Hey @Michaelsh01,
Thanks for your post.
Share dealing platforms are a lot harder to reflect in the demo environment which is why we can't offer them. If you open a live account you're not required to deposit money but you may get a better feel for the share dealing platform.
You can also find a run down video here:

Is there likely to be an update to the share dealing platform to bring it in line with the the spread betting and CFD platform, I worry that IG don't value their share dealing arm of the business as much as the CFD and spread bet which is a shame as their share dealing is top-drawer.

At the moment I have to use subterfuge and multiple logins to monitor spread betting, ISA and share platforms visible simultaneously and the differences in the platforms adds to the confusion.
The new share dealing platform is now live. Let me know what you think.

Welcome to the community.
As @Caseynotes mentioned, I would start with the Academy. If you have an idea of what you want to trade (forex, indices e.c.t.) I can provide some help videos/ guides.
You can also find some great trading ideas around the forums on community.

Is it possible to screen / switch asset in an automated Prorealtime trading system?
I could not find anything about it in the docs...
If you're referring to editing your strategy to trade, you can copy it and trade it in a new system.

Thanks for your message. Unfortunately I can't find an account if you contact the help desk they can see on their side if there's a problem and you should be able to get it resolved straight away.

Hi everyone . I am trying to learn trading myself but it’s hard. I am searching from google day and night to learn about it . Looks like I need someone to talk to for a start. I don’t want to join all these online groups.
Hey @PizzaDaddyNewcastle,
I had to edit some of your content. You aren't able to post personal information on the community. We do have a lot of information on here and the IG Academy if you're new. Further to this we have webinars for IG and DailyFX.
All the best

Hey,
If you're experimenting issues with the platform or withdrawing I would advise calling the help desk so the technical team so they can investigate this for you. Further to this, they can make the withdrawal on your behalf.
Thanks
