Stock not available

Question

It seems that some tickers are not available to trade. For example, on the NASDAQ list, there are stock symbols that dont show up that do exist.

Any ideas?

Thank you

Jeremy

Hi @Finn,

When this error message comes up it means that some verification needs to be done on your account to access that market.
Please reach out to helpdesk.uk@ig.com or use the live chat on the IG website.

Thank you - Arvin
