    Proshares Ultrapro QQQ had a 2 for 1 stock split. This would in effect double the amount of shares that you own at half the stock price. This is an external corporate action.

    Moonpig is only available on a non-leveraged (share dealing) account at the moment due to high broker margin. We have a regulatory requirement on how much capital we can hold at each of our brokers. Shares which are identified to be close to breaching our risk parameters are automatically flagged to non-leverage only until our margin requirement returns to acceptable levels.

    The help/ support page for adding.. to an open position doesn't state how to achieve it actually.

    In the deal tab I would be creating a new deal, not editing the active deal. This is indicated by the "Place Deal" button seen in the image.

    You should be able to add a trailing stop to an open position from the positions page. You would still have to abide by the minimum stop distance prescribed by the platform. However the idea is that as the market moves in your favour the stop will trail the market to a point where it begins to lock in profits. I believe this to be the only method to achieve your objective. Please see below screenshot.

    The add funds section is operational. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    -          Log in and out

    -          Clear browser cache and cookies

    -          Try different browser (preferred Google Chrome)

    -          Try another device (make sure service and internet connection are good)

    If you on the app try delete then reinstall. Should the above steps fail please contact our IT team through helpdesk.uk@ig.com
