    Hi @wayne-o Thanks for the query. Proshares Ultrapro QQQ had a 2 for 1 stock split. This would in effect double the amount of shares that you own at half the stock price. This is an external corporate action. All the best, Anda

  11. Hi @Shalaby Thanks for the query. This is an issue that occurs on the backend from time to time. Our IT team is aware of the issue. As a work around please switch the chart to any of bid/mid or ask price. You can do this by right clicking on the chart then changing price. We will inform the IT team to remove the price spike.   13. Hi @petersmyth Moonpig is only available on a non-leveraged (share dealing) account at the moment due to high broker margin. We have a regulatory requirement on how much capital we can hold at each of our brokers. Shares which are identified to be close to breaching our risk parameters are automatically flagged to non-leverage only until our margin requirement returns to acceptable levels. All the best, Anda
  14. You should be able to add a trailing stop to an open position from the positions page. You would still have to abide by the minimum stop distance prescribed by the platform. However the idea is that as the market moves in your favour the stop will trail the market to a point where it begins to lock in profits. I believe this to be the only method to achieve your objective. Please see below screenshot. All the best, Anda

Please try the following troubleshooting steps: - Log in and out - Clear browser cache and cookies - Try different browser (preferred Google Chrome) - Try another device (make sure service and internet connection are good) If you on the app try delete then reinstall.   25. Hi @RoyCB Quantity of shares: The number of shares that you would like to buy. You can change this field to be value of money that you would like to spend on the shares. Order type-Limit: This will trigger a purchase order when the share price of the stock reaches your specified buy price or a more favourable price Order level: This where you specify what price you would like to buy the share at.
