Hi @OptionsExplorer Thanks for the query. Assuming you are referring to the FTSE 100 Monthlies, the expiry is the 3rd Friday of each month. The auto-close will occur after the auction period (10:10-10:15 am UK time) once we have received the official settlement from the exchange. We display expiry dates on the platform. Please see the below screenshot: All the best, Anda

My orders disappeared?
AndaIG replied to veryrichbadger's question in IG Technical Support - Platform and App Help
Hi @veryrichbadger Thanks for the query. Your orders expired without your specified price being triggered. When using a limit order you are specifying to purchase at the specified price or a more favourable price. Therefore your order will be fully filled if the share trades at your specified price or lower in sufficient volume. To increase your chances of a fill you would need to specify a price closer to the offer price. All the best, Anda -
Didi shares surge despite plan to delist from the U.S.
AndaIG replied to MongiIG's topic in Shares and ETFs
Hi @marksiqi Thanks for the response. After a delisting you still remain a shareholder of the company, however you can no longer sell shares on exchange. You would need to sell them over the counter (OTC). We operate under the custodial model. The shares are held on your behalf by our broker Citibank. Our broker is ultimately responsible for admin related to voluntary and involuntary corporate actions. In your example above you would either need to transfer the shares to another broker that can sell them OTC or they would remain on your account up until there is either a settlement or they are deemed worthless by our broker. In this case we would replicate and match what our broker has done. I hope that helps, Anda -
What's the maximum range I can use for a limit buy order?
AndaIG replied to LukeH's question in IG Trading Support - Dealing Questions
Hi @LukeH Thanks for the query. Unfortunately there is no order type that will support this. Our broker does not allow on exchange orders that are more than 20% away from the current bid/offer. All the best, Anda -
Hi @Joseph0095 Thanks for the feedback, We will submit it to the relevant departments for consideration. All the best, Anda
-
Hi @Davinder That would depend on where you are from. We only offer share dealing in the UK and Australia at the moment. Thanks Anda
-
Hi @Davinder Thanks for the query. We only offer this ETF on non-leveraged accounts i.e. Share dealing. You would not be able to purchase under a CFD or spread bet account. All the best, Anda
-
Hi @DS32 Thanks for the query. Unfortunately we do not offer a combined stop limit order. In spread betting your order is either a limit or a stop depending on the price that you specify. Any price below the offer will be a limit order and will execute at the specified price or a more favourable price. A price above the offer will be a stop order and will execute when the market price moves beyond a particular level. (if going long) All the best, Anda

How to transfer funds between IG accounts
AndaIG replied to djpeck1's question in IG Account Support - MyIG Help
Hi @djpeck1 Thanks for the query, The option to transfer funds between accounts online is only available to accounts that share the same username. If the accounts have different usernames you would need to write to helpdesk.uk@ig.com to request a manual transfer from our payments team. All the best, Anda -
Hi @Cmcmillan Thanks for the query. To transfer the shares into an IG ISA they would need to be held with another broker in ISA. Otherwise we would need to transfer the shares into a share dealing account. Etrade require the transfer process to be initiated on their end. All the best, Anda

Didi shares surge despite plan to delist from the U.S.
AndaIG replied to MongiIG's topic in Shares and ETFs
Hi @marksiqi Thanks for the query. The shares will remain on your account until there is either a settlement or they are deemed worthless in the underlying market. Any delisted stock cannot be removed until this is replicated from our broker and we match their bookings accordingly across all clients. All the best, Anda -

Hi @Darrenoh Thanks for the query. Depending on the terms of the offer you would usually receive the settlement amount and the shares would be closed as soon as settlement is received.
