  8. Hi @AIrshad Thank you for reaching out. For clients through the UK office, MasterCard rules recently prevented us from making payments to MasterCards which were not issued in the UK. We are able to return funds to Debit or Pre-paid MasterCards, but there may be some issues from time to time. Please withdraw to your linked bank account by selecting the option 'Withdraw > Bank'.   11. Hi @quluqulu Spot Silver and Spot Gold are priced the same way as FX contracts. The spot market is an Over the Counter (OTC) market, which means that there is no central exchange in which currencies are traded. Overnight funding is charged if you hold the position over 10pm UK time. The charge is not based on negative balance but for holding the position through 10pm, and charged as a Cost to Hold from one day to the next. The payment can either be a charge or a credit as the Tom-Next rate changes daily. All the best, OfentseIG

  16. Hi @spotjos We charge spread when trading natural gas and Crude oil. The spread is the one direct charge that you’ll need to consider when trading on leverage. We charge spread for all markets except when trading shares where we charge commission. The standard spread on US Crude Oil is 2.8 and 3 on Natural Gas. If the option is included in the near future, it is important to note that markets move fast, which may mean that we are unable to contact you before your positions get closed.
