Hi @NickW-uk
Unfortunately this is not possible for two reasons: We don't offer share dealing under IG International and your account has to be linked to the country were you reside.
All the best,
Anda

Hi @cate
Thanks for the feedback,
As far as I know Crypto is still restricted for retail traders. It is likely that the system would block any attempt to trade. Not sure what you see your side however the smaller contracts are also grayed out my side. You are welcome to verify this on helpdesk.uk@ig.com

Thanks for reaching out, we still do not allow crypto trading to retail accounts. Your buy/sell button should be grayed out similar to the below screenshot.

Hi @NickW-uk
Thanks for the feedback,
Unfortunately our shares desk has confirmed we still would not be able to offer US ETFs even in the case that they do have KIDs. There are a few of them that do offer KIDs, however it is also a regulatory requirement that we make them available at the point of dealing. Since we are not able to do this, we are unable to offer them.

Hi @amilio
It is likely that the funds are held in your account in a different currency. Please convert the funds to GBP through My IG>Live accounts>Currency conversion. Should you not find success on this method you will need to email payments@ig.com and ask for the balance to be converted to GBP manually.

Hi @MPULLE
If the stock is not available and you would like it added please make the request on the following forum:
It would then be checked against our risk based criteria before it can be added.

Hi @Carda37
Thanks for reaching out. This change only affects opening positions. There should be no change on dividends accrued from prior positions.

Hi @CORSET1975
Thanks for reaching out, we are sorry to hear that you could not get through to the helpdesk on the phone lines. We do have the live chat feature as well as our email address (helpdesk.uk@ig.com) in such cases. We do see that you have since sold that share. Please reach out to our helpdesk should you have any further questions.

Hi @NickW-uk,
Thanks for reaching out. There has been a recent change implemented on ETFs. We are no longer offering ETFs that do not produce a KID (key information document) to retail accounts. Unfortunately this covers most US ETFs. This change was made to be in line with ESMA regulation.

You can complete the W8BEN form online from My IG>Settings>Dealing US stocks. Although it would not apply to you if you are not dealing US stocks, it would be worth completing the form for if you ever decided to go that route. It is really quick to complete.

Hi @Alotment
Wisdom Nickel 3x Leverage has been deemed worthless in the underlying with impending delisting. Once a share delists it can no longer be held in an ISA account. Hence it has been moved to your Share Dealing account. Please see the following link: https://www.wisdomtree.eu/it-it/about-wisdomtree/important-notices

Hi @NvestTR
Unfortunately not. At this point our product offering is limited to FX only in the US.

No you would not have lost any money. It's like a name change, no financial consequence. You simply need to change your book cost to reflect what you purchased the shares for so that your P&L calculates correctly.

Thanks for reaching out,
ZIP company had an ISIN change, so the shares under the old ISIN were sold and bought back under the new ISIN. You can change your book cost by following the steps on the following link:
