  1. Hi @Megapharma2022 Thank you for reaching out. You can try all other 3rd party platforms we offer for automated trading like MT4 and PRT. https://www.ig.com/uk/trading-platforms All the best, OfentseIG
  2. Hi @Browns1971 Here is he amount of days of data you have access. We do not provide anything outside of these. However, you can get more data if you use PRT Premium. Unfortunately, this means you will have to close your current account with IG then reapply using https://trading.prorealtime.com/en/ig if you prefer to use this option. All the best, OfentseIG
  3. Hi @Konrad We do maintenance every weekend. During the maintenance window we also release any new changes we worked on and then we do a server restart to reset the memory for the coming week. Maintenance took longer than expected this past weekend. All the best, OfentseIG
  4. Hi @soje22 Thank you for reaching out. Elmo Software Limited has announced a scheme of arrangement and you will receive AUD 4.85 for every share of Elmo Software Limited surrendered. We will be booking this mandatory event into your account shortly. You can check if it's already booked. No action is required from your end for this event. Please note that you may receive automated email notifications regarding the opening of position. Scheme of arrangement example: You are currently holding 100 shares in XXX Ltd and XXX Ltd has had a scheme of arrangement where you receive AUD 1 for every 10 shares of XXX Ltd held in your account. 5. Hi @RJB1866 Thanks for reaching out. We have a stock list available on the IG website to indicate which ETFs are ISA eligible or non-ISA eligible. Have a look at the Stocks List. All the best, OfentseIG
  6. Hi @PBor Pro order does not allow you to create a trading system which does not include a close condition. You would have to include an exit strategy or else the system won't accept the strategy. At any time, you can manually close any of the Pro Order trades but that will be seen as a system error due to an external force impacting the trading system and will result in the system stopping. You can switch the system back on but it is something to remember because when a system stops it closes all trades opened by that system. Thanks, OfentseIG
  7. Hi @NickW-uk There are no updates at the moment. Some clients normally use PRT as it has advanced charting tools. I was unable to find PPO but we have a few Oscillators. Thank you, OfentseIG
  8. Hi @SHennig81 Thanks for reaching out. If it's not on the list, it will be forwarded to the relevant department to be reviewed. The change might not be immediate but we will send an update once added. All the best, OfentseIG
  9. Hi @gfredd Thanks for reaching out. We have emailed you all the relevant information needed to help you add a CFD account. All the best, OfentseIG

  23. Hi @Mark12 If you are trading shares, you will have the option to place a limit order to sell your existing position. When the market opens, please check if your order level is close to where the market is trading. All the best, OfentseIG
  24. Hi @eddyed& @Kowal There are many reasons that can result in a stock going on closings only. It also depends on the type of account you trade in. On leverage accounts, this can be due to the company's market cap changing or other restrictions enforcing IG to offer this on share dealing only. For non-leverage accounts, it can be due to a corporate actions event, market going OTC, etc. For THG.L, this market is now only offered on share dealing accounts as we have reached our limit on how much we can hold in the market for leverage accounts. It is a business decision and this is reviewed regularly. Therefore you will be able to trade the stocks on a later stage. The best option would be to contact our helpdesk or using this platform to find the reason for the 'Closings only' status. All the best, OfentseIG
