  1. Hi @san604 Thank you for reaching out. You can reach out to us over email or the Live chat for a quicker response and request this statement. All the best, OfentseIG
  2. Hi @IBLE We can reset your demo account for you. This would erase the trading history and return the initial balance to 10,000. If you are comfortable with this option, please reach out to us on the Live Chat. https://www.ig.com/uk/contact-us All the best, OfentseIG
  3. Hi @GB49 Thanks for reaching out and clarifying your query. Even after one instruction to close all, I believe it would still charge you for the different positions as each would close separately even if it is at the same price. This would still charge you commission of £15. All the best, O.D
  4. Hi @MARANATHA We only offer MT4 at the moment and our servers are created for that platform. We will however inform you when we integrate with MT5. All the best, OfentseIG

  10. Please see the expected dividend adjustment figures for a number of our major indices for the week commencing 13th March 2023. These are projected dividends and likely to change. IG cannot be held responsible for any changes made. Dividends highlighted in red include a special dividend, therefore some or all of the amount will not be adjusted. Amount in brackets is the expected adjustment after special dividends excluded (where shown on major indices). Dividend adjustments due to be posted on a bank holiday will usually be posted on the previous working day. If you have any queries or questions on this please let us know in the comments section below. For further information regarding dividend adjustments, and how they affect your positions, please take a look at the video. How do dividend adjustments work? 11. Hi @GB49 Hi there, your query remains unclear. Can you please provide us with more information and context so we can help you resolve it? Thank you so much, OfentseIG
  12. Hi @ABSHK Thanks for reaching out. The APE line was a 1 to 1 distribution offered to AMC holders. Since you as the client did not purchase this holding, the price per share will be at zero. If you decide to sell your holding, you would be gaining the difference in the closing price minus the buying price of zero as your profit. Assuming you sell at 1.82 as showin on the platform, your profit will be calculated as (1.82 - 0)* number of shares = Profit Thanks, @OfentseIG
  13. Hi @Binojisadasivan These are two different platforms. The IG platform is our normal platform and MT4 has it's own platform with it's own log in details. We offer our clients the choice to trade IG products on the MT4 platform and use all the features available from their platform. You can read more about MT4 from the link https://www.ig.com/uk/trading-platforms/metatrader-4 All the best, OfentseIG

  16. Hi @Gavmister This is how it comes up on the Live account and all platforms then you would have the option to select EMA 20 50 100. For your second question, if you are trading GBP/USD for example, then you are trading Exposure of 100,000 of first currency (GBP), denominated in second currency (USD) Value of 1 point = $10 which is the second name currency. This is for standard contracts. Same rule applies for mini contracts. Thanks, OfentseIG
  17. Hi @Gavmister Thank you for reaching out. It depends on the type of account. CFDs are traded in standardised contracts, sometimes called lots. The sizes of these contracts differ depending on the asset, often mimicking how that asset is traded in the underlying markets. You can find more information on the deal ticket under the Market Info tab. We do offer the exponential moving average on the platform. What type of account are you trading on? Thanks, OfentseIG
  18. Hi @igreen Thanks for reaching out. Looking at the Ask Chart for Kenmare Resources PLC (LSE), it appears that at 08:27 UK time, the Ask price reached 491p All the best, OfentseIG
  19. There’ll be some changes to certain markets on Monday 20 February 2023 and Tuesday 21 February 2023, as it’s a US federal holiday. 20. Hi @PatrickUK Would this be to open or to close? Thanks, OfentseIG
