    Hi @TommyC,
    Once you open a chart on your screen, if you "tap" on the chart a menu will appear at the bottom. You will be able to select the interval from there.

    I have been a client of IG since 2003 and have made many suggestions over the years.  How many do I think have been implemented?  Maybe one.   

    Now I appreciate that a business is not going to change something when only one individual wants that, but there are many responses from the IG admin team stating they will forward suggestions. Do they? I've never received any feedback on anything I've proposed, although I think all of the things I've suggested are realistic and not difficult to do.

    I think it would be really useful if there could be a suggestion database of some sort, which could be populated by a proposer, and then voted on by other users of the site.  If enough votes are cast, then IG could have a serious look at it, perhaps consulting with the proposer on how they want it to look.   The spreadsheet could then be updated with IG's comments  ie whether and when it will be implemented, or if not a short reason why it can't.

    Thank you for your suggestion, we are forwarding all the feedback and suggestions on a daily basis to the relevant department to improve our customers experience. Some of the projects we are working on take a lot of time before they can go live. 
    It is a good idea to have a space for the client to share their thoughts on how to improve the platform because your are the end users. 
    We do have this forum available https://community.ig.com/forums/forum/14-feedback-and-suggestions/ to share your ideas. 
    The poll idea is something we are thinking about.

    Hi @Chevron39,
    Once on a chart you can right click on the chart, you will select  Customise appearance:

    Then, this window will appear, make you changed and click apply :

    Once done, you can right click on the chart an go the Layouts > Save as, to save your appearance.

    The easiest way to find a stock is to use the search bar on the platform :

    You can right click on the stock you will like to add to you watchlist:

    You can check on the dealing the ticket the "info" tab, it will give you details on the stock such as trading hours and any other specific information:

    Keep in mind that for US stocks you will need to complete a W-8BEN form:

    I have reach out to the IT department. They advised that there's not gonna be any changes on your MT4 if you are using a VPS it will be the same latency.

    You will need to reach out to helpdesk.uk@ig.com . They will ask you few questions to verify that you are eligible and activate the ETFs on your account.

    Thank you for raising this issue. Could you please try to delete your cache and cookies on Firefox?

    Usually during the assessment questions around your financial situation as well as your experience in trading will be asked. Then, IG will verify your ID and ask you to submit some documents.
