    Hi @PAULFURZE,

    On the London Stock exchange the prices are quoted in Pence 1/100. That would explain the pricing you see.

    Hi @PureGain,

    The only times IG will ask you for a bank statement would be to verify the source of funding o return the funds to the same source. For example if you make a card deposit, we will require you to send us a bank statement showing your card deposit to IG, if you are withdrawing more than what you deposited.

    Other than this we will not ask for you to show us your account balance showing income and savings.

    The only time further document will be required, would be due to compliance investigation.

    There is no App for laptops ( Mac or Windows) you will need to open a web browser, preferably Google Chrome and go on IG.com to login. You do not need to download anything.

    Hi Ravinder, 

    Please send your request to helpdesk.uk@ig.com. You can download your transaction history from My IG > Live Accounts > History, from there you will be able to work out the amounts you are after.

    It is likely that the chart fee is in relation to ProRealTime : https://www.ig.com/uk/help-and-support/charts/prorealtime-charts/how-does-the-prorealtime-fee-and-rebate-work 

    Please go to My IG > Settings > ProRealTime check if the chart is activated.

    You will need to send an email to helpdesk.au@ig.com with your account details and a request to delete your TFN. Once done you will be able to add the new one on the platform directly.

    I have also been recommended to activate the "New Zealand" (NZX) market data feed in my account settings, but I am unable to find the exchange on there (see screenshot below):

    The IG website shows that stocks within the "New Zealand" market are active on the IG standard trading platform (see screenshot), so it seems this issue is potentially restricted to my CFD account only.

    Could the "New Zealand" (NZX) market please be added to my CFD account, otherwise any help or investigation on this would be very much appreciated.

    The pricing is live unless indicated otherwise.

    Bitcoin is available 24h/24h the only time when you won't be able to trade is when IG is doing it's data back-up on Saturday mornings.

    If you go to My IG > Live accounts > History > Transactions > Date  > 3 days. Do you have these transactions showing up?

    Hi @akaBruce,

    There is no marker or indicator on the chart or platform showing that there was a split.  You can find this information on the news or online. Otherwise for Corporate action such as Right issues, the Corporate Action team will send you an email with all the details and your options.
