Could you please try to delete your cookies and cache ? On our end we are able to see data after Friday.

In My IG > Live accounts the History and Statements section will allow you to gain access to the information you are after. You can download daily statement, which will show the buying and the selling price on two different lines.

It is likely that there was a Corporate action. You will need to edit your book cost. To do so please follow the instruction on https://www.ig.com/uk/help-and-support/investments/share-dealing-and-isas/how-do-i-edit-my-book-cost .All the best - Arvin

KYC checks are dependent on local regulators. IG must conduct KYC checks for due diligence. Unfortunately, until the team comes back to you there is not much that can be done. They will need details to match as part of what is acceptable according to the policies in place.
You can try to reach out to the helpdesk but they won't be able to do the check for you.

If you hold the shares before Ex-Date the dividend will be credited to your account shortly. I believe that the Melrose dividend was paid recently. You should see it in your account soon.

Your shares are held in a segregated client accounts under nominee arrangements with approved custodians. This means that they’re easily identifiable as client assets and, as with cash, IG and its creditors don’t have any charge, liens, or rights of set-off or retention over them. Your shares may be pooled with other clients’ shares, but never with shares owned by IG.
Under Share Trading with IG, shares purchased are held by Citi in a direct custody capacity. Shares purchased through IG are registered in CHESS under Citicorp Nominees Pty Limited, with a CHESS Participant Identification Number (PID) 20018. They are held on the client’s behalf by Citibank Pty Ltd. UK and US shares are held by Citibank N.A. German shares are held by Citigroup Global Markets. The clients are the ultimate beneficial owners.I hope that it helps.

1. When you open an account you will have the option to open a share dealing account, CFD or Spread Bet account. Once your account is live you will have the option to add additional accounts :
2. Both instant and manual conversion have their pros and cons, it will be depending on the size of trades your are placing and the frequency. Therefore, we can't advise what options is cheaper, the clients will need to work it out depending on their trading activity.
3. On a share trading account a Share of Alphabet Inc - A is :
On a CFD account similar to Demo account :
As the margin requirement is 20%.

The promotions are dependent of the region office you are attached to. If you are eligible to new promotions you will receive communications about it. Effectively, calling the new account number would be the best way to have more information on new accounts promotions.
