    Hi @Arthur79,

    It is likely that there was a consolidation on one of your stock.
    The book cost will be changed to zero if there has been a corporate action on your shareholding.

    Hi All,

    After confirmation from the relevant department. For Scrip dividends IG will pay cash dividends. 
    IG does not take Scrip elections as it does not have the facility to record this election for Tax purposes.

    Hi @BTD,

    If you have a share dealing account, such information should be available on a daily statement if you traded on that day.

    There is no document that can be generated on our end to show you data on that day if no trade was made. 
    At the end of the financial year if you will receive a Consolidated Tax Certificate if you received dividends.

    If it is a Leverage account, then such document should be available.

    You can delete an Alert from the platform :

    You can also select your preference on My IG > Settings:

    You can select if you want to receive the alert via email or notification.

    Hi @MattKlis,

    30-15 mins before opening your order should go through, make sure that you place a Good 'till cancelled expiry , as a Day expiry won't go through.

    Hi @coalimp,

    You can try to place a Guranteed stop : Guaranteed stops work in the same way as basic stops, except that they will always be filled at the level you set, even if prices move rapidly or gapping occurs.

    We take our clients query very seriously our customer representatives are sales trader. Sometimes it takes time to identify where the issue is from and it requires need to collaboration of few teams such has the helpdesk, dealing desk, IT team or corporate actions.
