  2. Thanks for your post. When you first join at IG you get reduced rates on our spread betting and CFD accounts. After 2 weeks these revert back to the correct minimum size. We do apologise for the issues we had but can confirm it's now been resolved and are looking on ways to avoid this happening in the future. All the best
  3. What I meant by this is that these issues have only impacted others when we have an outage whereas, from what I gathered, I thought your issue was occurring almost constantly? I do apologise if I misunderstood what you've posted before. And you're right if you've sent in emails and they have been ignored that's completely unacceptable so I will send your details to a manager in our client facing team so they can look into this.
  4. In most situations such as these we will reflect the same outcome for leveraged accounts as we do for shareholders. So if the conditions of a merger were 1 share in the new company for every one share you held in the previous company we would reflect that on your leveraged account too. I hope this helps

Check the table below, and find out how the changes could impact your trading. Monday 25 May UK equities, UK index futures, interest rate and commodity markets (except Brent Crude & Gas Oil) are closed. We’ll make an out-of-hours price on the FTSE 100. Brent Crude and Gas Oil futures close early at 6.30pm. US index futures closes early at 6pm. We’ll make an out-of-hours price on Wall Street, US 500, US Russell 2000, FANG Index and US Tech 100 from 6pm until the futures reopen at 11pm. US equities and soft commodities are closed. US energies, interest rates and metals close early at 6pm. The VIX closes early at 4.30pm. Tuesday 26 May Livestock opens at 2.30pm and lumber at 3pm. All times listed here are UK time. These hours are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but it’s possible that they could change.

  8. These issues did occur yesterday and this morning. The reason for the comment was to let you know we're going to investigate every case. If you send across details of what happened during our error we're happy to look into it. Unfortunately I'm not able to look into your accounts so can't assist with these queries. Our phone line queues are very high at the moment but we have all client facing staff available for calls and some working overtime to get through all of the queries. You can change the colour of the candlesticks from Green to Blue by right clicking the chart> Customise appearance which will take you here: You want to change rising body and 'line' underneath the word rising body. You do make a good point through so I will pass on this feedback about having the colours as red and blue by default. All the best

  19. Thanks for your post. With our ISAs the base currency is GBP and all money must get converted to GBP. With our share dealing accounts we have an option to switch to manual conversion which means when you close US trades the money will stay in a dollar basket and will not be converted. (MyIG> Live accounts> Currency conversion> Manual conversion). I hope this helps
