  1. Hey @Caseynotes, Thank you I will pass this on. @TFFX_
  2. Thanks for your post. When opening a buy position you have to check the ask price and when you sell to open you have to check the bid price. If you go to the graph you can right click and switch between the bid, mid and ask. If you still believe it should have been hit don't hesitate to contact our help desk. All the best.
  3. Hey, You need to search for the US tech 100. Once the chart appears you will be able to switch to the futures contract on the chart: I hope this helps. All the best

  11. If you have a spread betting position open it will not be available to trade until we reopen on Sunday night. Please note we do have some weekend markets, also some products such as cryptos do trade over the weekend. Let me know what you're trading and I can get you the exact times. All the best
  12. This just out: CHINA'S ICBC SAYS TO SUSPEND ALL OPEN POSITIONS ON FUTURES PRODUCTS LINKED TO CRUDE OIL, NATURAL GAS, COPPER AND SOYBEANS AS OF 0900 LOCAL TIME ON APRIL 28
  13. Boeing has had some big set backs this year. It's just been announced that Boeing terminated joint venture with Brazil's Embraer. Boeing has ended agreements for the joint ventures after a deadline for the deal passed. What does this mean for Boeing come market open Monday. Remember we offer pre and post for Boeing. This is not a trade idea but to keep you aware.
  14. Hey, ISA trades do count towards the quarterly fee. I will speak to websites about changing this because I can see how this is confusing. All the best
  15. @Kennzo and @PotatoesRUs, If this is on a non-leveraged account we don't offer one cancels the other orders. One way other clients get around this is setting a stop loss sell order then set an alert at the desired limit price. Once alerted you can cancel the stop order and set a realistic limit order. All the best
  16. Thanks @TrendFollower, There shouldn't be any issues with you depositing money into your account. I would advise calling us so someone can assist you setting up your card or Paypal account. You may have to change you email address if the paypal account and IG account addresses don't match. All the best
  17. Do note, buying shares counts as one trade and selling shares counts as another. So if you bought then sold that would count as 2 trades.
  18. That's correct. If you place 3 trades in the quarter leading up to the fee you will not be charged. All the best
  19. What you mentioned above is correct. The three trades need to be placed in the previous calendar month. Then from the 1st of the next month to the last day you will have the reduced commissions
  20. I can check this for sure. I will get back to you tomorrow
  21. Stock consolidations and stock split (so the reverse meaning you would be (for example) 25 shares for every 1 you hold) will reflect on leveraged accounts as well. At the moment there may have been issues with the demos reflecting these. Due to high demand we have has to focus on making sure all Live accounts are dealt with correctly. All the best
  22. Thanks for @ me in @TrendFollower This is very strange as we now take our US commission in sterling for non-leveraged accounts. You can find the link below that states it's £10 for a US share dealing/ ISA position: https://www.ig.com/uk/investments/share-dealing/costs-fees Can you check your ledger for me as that may have been the exchange rate changing it to dollars at the time. You should be able to see that £10 was taken not the dollar amount on the ticket. What do you think it easier, the £10 that will be taken from the ledger or would you prefer seeing it as the same currency as the base currency of the exchange you're trading in? Let me know because I can let our developers know. All the best
  23. Thanks for your post. You're correct you should not be funding with a business card. It should have been rejected when you funded however we will send they funds back to the card once verified. Apologies for the inconvenience.
  24. Above is a snip from the article, check it out and let me know what you think. US Dollar (DXY) Price, Chart and Analysis.
  25. Thanks for your post. When we withdraw funds to a bank we have to see proof that the bank account is in your name. If you did not contact us, sell your shares or withdraw your funds you need to reach out to our help desk so we can raise a fraudulent case and it needs to be reported to the police. All the best
