  1. This rate cannot be shown because it's calculated using the forward contracts at the time we take the overnight funding. You may find this feed useful:
  2. Thanks for your post. If you're trading leverage you may find this useful: FR is on the french exchange, DE is on the German exchange. We don't offer any shares that trade on the Canadian exchange for share dealing/ ISAs.
  3. Boeing customers cancel 150 of 737 max plane orders due to c-virus
  4. Thanks for your post. The dividend adjustment is made on the ex dividend date of stocks that make up the FTSE100 that are giving out a dividend. If you're long the price will move down and you're credited the adjusted amount. If you look at the closing price of the previous candle stick and the open of the new one you will be able to see that the price adjustment and loss are the same. We have client trading both long and short, we make this adjustment at the same time, no one wins or loses they're purely adjustments. If you want to find out why the adjustments are the figures we adjust them by you can email us and ask for a breakdown on which stocks are giving out dividends or you can search for this yourself. All the best
  5. Thank you so much for your feedback. I think all of these are great suggestions. I will forward them onto developers and get back to you. All the best.
  6. If your rollover instructions are enabled we will automatically roll them to the next contract the day before the expiry date. The charge will be the spread. If you do not have your rollover instructions enabled then the position will close on the expiry date. You can check your rollover instructions on the MyIG page by selecting Settings> Rollovers. All the best
  7. Thanks for your post. If you email us and ask for this information we will be more than happy to provide it. It may be better to ask for the information in an excel document so it's easier to calculate. All the best

  11. Thanks for your post. If you have not funded this tax year IG will not prevent you opening/ funding your IG ISA account. Apologies if there was a delay that was confusing. Traders can have different tax year with different providers you just can't split the allowance over two providers for the same year. All the best.
  12. Please know our settlement period works on a T+2 (t+3 for US shares) basis. This means the cash for the shares won't settle on your account the day you sold them but two (three) working days later. Many thanks for your understanding. I hope this clarifies why you can't withdraw your funds at the moment.
  13. We offer a large range of US stocks, you can find them on our platform by selection Shares then filtering for US shares. We offer some index, fx and commodity options on the platform. For equity options you have to call us to deal. All the best
  14. Thanks for your suggestion. I will put this forward. Are you looking to have it on the web platform or apps? Let me know and I will make sure this feedback goes to relevant teams.
  15. We don't offer ProRealTime for share dealing accounts. I will put it through as feedback but there's no plans for this that I've heard of. All the best.
  16. You can transfer shares from your share dealing account to ISA via the Bed & ISA process, which involves selling the shares and repurchase them on the ISA account. This process can be done over the phone with one of our dealers. Bed & ISA’s performed by IG can only be done on UK shares due to our Market Maker arrangement. Ensure the client is aware of the costs: £40.00 Dealing fee £30.00 Capped Spread Stamp duty 0.5% if applicable PTM levy £2.00 (If transfer value is over £10,000 This is per share line Alternatively, you can sell the stock on your share dealing account and buy it back on your ISAI but please ensure that the you're aware of funds taking 2/3 working days to settle after the initial sale. All the best

  21. Hey Guest trader 123, because this is a guest account I'm not able to pass on an email address. If you could make a live account and message me I will be able to pass on your details. Please don't post you email address on the community. @paul2020 - Thanks for your message. I will pass your details onto our account opening team. All the best.
  22. Thanks for your post. With spread betting accounts the only thing that would reduce the available funds would be the margin for your open positions. Once you close the position and realise your profit and loss the margin will be added back to your available funds. If you check the figures at the top, you will be able to see the margin figure, this shows you how much has been taken from your available funds to keep your position open. I hope this helps.
